Help - Shipping

Click on "Shipping" tab to go place a new shipping order. This page contains a list of countries that require legalization of export shipping documents. Countries are listed in alphabetical order.

The flags of countries that require shipping legalization will be listed and clicking on a country flag will display the shipping details of that country.

Select any country to get the shipping information for that particular country.When a country flag is clicked, the shipping export shipping legalization rules for that particular country is displayed.For every country, the shipping rules are divided into three sections - Documents, Procedure & Fees.

The documents section deals with documents required for export shipping legalization in the selected country.

The procedure section describes the export shipping legalization procedure for the selected country.

The fees section lists the various fees that are to be paid for shipping legalization in selected country

Placing a shipping order

To place a new shipping order for the selected country, click on Online Doc Submission button. The order form will appear. The selected country name will be populated automatically in country field in order form.

The order form is divided into two sections- Profile details and processing instructions

The profile details will be pre-populated if the user is currently logged in.

The procesing instructions need to be provided for every shipping order.

Click on "print" button to print the shipping order form. After entering all the required details in the corresponding fields, click on "submit" button . A confirmation message with a summary of the order details will be displayed
